Questions, answered

Everything you need to know before your first drop.

Plain answers about ordering, payments, and your account.

How much does Dishfolk cost?

Free includes up to 25 counted customer orders each month and one live ordering week. Pro is $9.99 monthly or $99.00 annually for up to 500 counted orders, reusable drafts, scheduling, workflow automation, branded sharing, and customer updates. Dishfolk charges no percentage fee and adds no fee to customer orders.

What counts toward my monthly order allowance?

Only successfully submitted real customer orders count. Clearly marked test orders do not count. An order cancelled within 15 minutes does not count; a later cancellation continues to count. Reaching the limit does not interrupt an ordering week that is already open, but you must wait for the monthly reset or upgrade before publishing another week.

Do my customers need an account?

No. They open your link, choose their items and pickup time, and submit their contact details.

Does Dishfolk take customer payments?

No. Payment is made directly to the seller when the customer picks up the order. A seller can accept cash, Interac e-Transfer at pickup, or both, and manually record the result. Dishfolk does not process or verify payments.

Can I keep posting on Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. That is the point. Your social channels remain your marketing and community space; Dishfolk gives each post one structured ordering link.

What happens when an item sells out?

Inventory is checked when the order is submitted. Customers see a clear message if somebody else claimed the last item first.

Can customers order in Vietnamese?

Yes. The public ordering controls are available in English and Vietnamese. You can add optional Vietnamese names and descriptions to your own products.

Does Dishfolk confirm I am allowed to sell food?

No. Every seller remains responsible for licensing, food safety, taxes, allergens, and other requirements that apply where they operate.

Can I leave Dishfolk?

Yes. You can export your business data and request account deletion from the seller settings. A trial ending or a plan downgrade never deletes your historical data.
